John Porter - Mr. Porter has a degree in cinematography. He volunteers his services to the Foundation as its President and serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors.

John and Erika were active in carriage driving events. They have won numerous prizes with their horse Trevor and hundred-year-old restored Meadowbrook carriage.

David M. Currie, PhD. Director. Dr. Currie is Professor Emeritus of Finance and Economics at the Crummer Graduate School of Business, Rollins College. He was a Fulbright Scholar at the University of Pula, Croatia, and a visiting professor at HEC Paris, France. He served three terms on the Winter Park City Commission and has been involved in several local charitable causes.
Serge Matulich, BS, PhD, CPA - Dr. Matulich provided the initial funding for Matulich Foundation and serves as the Foundation’s treasurer and a member of the Board of Directors. He volunteers his services as general manager of Foundation operations, including responsibility for maintaining the Foundation’s accounting system and filing its federal tax returns.
Shanawar Jamil, MSc, MCA - Mr. Jamil contributes to the Foundation by designing, coding, and implementing the web site and serving as the Foundation’s Webmaster, volunteering his services free of charge. His title also includes Scholarship Sweepstakes Coordinator.

2017. Shanawar Jamil, volunteers his time as the Foundation's webmaster and Scholarships Coordinator. He is Manager of Information Technology at Kyrano Corporation, a company that supports Matulich Foundation Inc. with free and low cost accounting, tax, financing ,and technology services.
