Former Board and Staff

Margarete (Manderscheid) Matulich (1930-2023), Director Emerita, served as the Foundation’s Secretary and Director from inception until her retirement in December 2020.

Mrs. Matulich and her husband Serge Matulich celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary in December 2017.

Erika Matulich, BS, MBA, PhD, PCM, (1963-2018), daughter of Serge and Margarete Matulich, provided design and concept ideas and suggestions for creating the Foundation.

Alexander Matulich, BS, MBA,(1961 - ) son of Serge and Margarete Matulich, was instrumental in conceptualizing and developing critical features of Matulich Foundation Inc.

Caleb Jacobs, CEO of Onyx Construction Development Group joined the board of directors in 2021 and served as director until December 31, 2022.
